  20. It can.  Internally it is a header line of "PRIORITY: R".  I haven't
  21. pushed an external message through a gateway and seen it work, but
  22. I suspect it will.  And of course since this header field is also
  23. used for priority of delivery, different gateways may map this
  24. header field differently.
