- Well, a few minutes with `zcat rfc-index.txt | less' came up with the
- following. I cannot gaurantee comprehensiveness, especially with the
- ones before RFC-822 as that is before my time. In particular, in the
- 700's (and before) there are titles using the word "message" but it isn't
- clear that this meant "mail message".
