  11. I would like to keep an automatic log of all of my incoming and outgoing
  12. mail. What I would really like is to be able to do is:

  14. 1) save the FROM, TO, DATE and SUBJECT info of all incoming and
  15.    outward bound mail to a file.
  16.  
  17. 2) save a copy of all incoming and outgoing mail into a single archive
  18.    folder.
  19.  
  20. 3) still have incoming messages come to my inbox as though there were
  21.    not any filters.

  23. I have something like this already but, as was pointed out in the
  24. Filter thread, there seems to be a locking problem with filters and
  25. forwarding through shell scripts. Plus, I have not found a way to run
  26. outgoing mail through a filter. Any pointers would be appreciated.
