- | Unfortunately (to my mind, at least,) you will not see nor be able to edit
- | this header info. It is ALWAYS included...
-
- Of course you can edit it. If you shell out of Elm to rm or empty out
- $HOME/.elm/elmheaders, no header info from it will be added.
-
- Perhaps you don't consider it a pretty procedure to shell out of Elm to edit
- it before composing a letter and, if you want, shell out again a few seconds
- after sending that letter to edit it again. Elm lacks a command to call
- $HOME/.elm/elmheaders up for editing without the user's having to type an
- exclamation point and the names of an editor and the file, but the user is
- far from unable.
-
- You can even save a fork, if you are not using the built-in text acceptor
- as your editor, by switching from the current temporary email file to
- $HOME/.elm/elmheaders while you're already in your editor to compose the
- letter that needs different added headers.
