  12. I am trying to create an ELM form letter.  As the manual states,
  13. I have modified set the variable forms in my .elm/elmrc file to
  14. ON.  Next I try sending a message and once in the editor I read
  15. in my form into the message.  Finally I exit the editor, but I
  16. don't see the M)ake form prompt, and 'm' doesn't do anything
  17. either.  What am I doing wrong?
