  13. I'm trying to find out about a program called "busnet".  I've been told that 
  14. it uses the method of conjugate gradients to solve the linear systems 
  15. corresponding to circuits that contain only resistors and voltage or current 
  16. sources.  If this is the case, do they use any preconditioners?  If so, 
  17. which one(s)?  Any additional information will be much appreciated.  Please
