  12. I want to write a program in Visual Basic that will display 640 X 480 
  13. resolution with 256 colors.  Grateful for comments - is this practical? Easy? 
  14. Are there problems if you have two different pictures on the screen at the 
  15. same time (with different palettes)?  Do you need to use utilities or will VB 
  16. with no add on support this?
