  14. I would like to have a perl script use sendmail.cf as input and
  15. use the sendmail rewriting rules to tell me some information about
  16. the to and from entries in my syslog from sendmail.

  18. Has anyone out there done anything like this?

  20. Ideally, I would like to be able to pull out the to and from mail
  21. addresses, put them through the rewriting rules and determine if
  22. the mail would be sent within my domain or my root domain, or 
  23. whether the mail would be sent external to my companies root domain.
