  20. problems ought to be purveyed in everyday common newsgroups.
  21. Categorizing solutions by the language they're done in is a bit
  22. like appraising paintings only by whether they're oil or acrylic.
  23. People shouldn't oughta have to care much whether their problem
  24. is solved with Perl, C, sed, awk, *sh, or nroff.
