  14. I've been running the Shell version of COPS for some time now and want
  15. to check out the perl version.  However, I seem to be running into
  16. some "Malformed cmd links" errors.  I think I've narrowed it down to
  17. the "run" subroutine in the main cops program.  Can anyone tell me
  18. what causes this error?  I'm not sure it's got anything to do with the
  19. reason cops ends up hanging, but I'm seeing them alot.

  21. If it matters: perl 4.035, cops 1.04, IRIX 3.3.3

  23. Any help/advice appreciated.
