  13. I'm about to start writing a daemon-checker daemon.  Basically I see this
  14. as a program that will periodically check to see if each daemon from a list
  15. of daemons is running, and if not, restart them.
  16.  
  17. I know that someone out there has done this before, so I thought that I'd
  18. ask the group to send me their experience/code/flames with such a thing
  19. before starting to do it on my own.  I'll summarize.
