  13. In TPW, Does anyone know what DLL the Resource Editor loads in to handle
  14. it's borland bitmap buttons?  I am writing a program which uses these
  15. buttons and only seems to work when the resource editor is loaded.  The only
  16. explanation I could come up with is that it is loading a DLL which my
  17. program needs, but isn't loading.  Anyone have any info?
