  29. There has been some confusion. Zacker Urlocker (Borland languaga manager)
  30. stated on compuserve that TPW 1.5 is an interim upgrade. Most new stuff 
  31. is on disk (including complete a complete new helpfile), but as the comppiler
  32. and the language didn't change much, the didn't feel it neccesarry to 
  33. produce new manuals.
