  21. I apologize for this not being a -real- answer per-se, but I would suggest
  22. (and to all who use networks and Windows) you check out TurboPower
  23. Software's B-Tree Filer product.  This package includes all the network
  24. semaphore and lock-scheme code that you would ever need - royalty-free. 
  25. Check it out!  Demos are included, as is all source code.
