  18. This is a summary of the *world's most ignored* professional Oberon-2
  19. Compiler Kit for VAX/VMS. 
  20. MVR is based upon Regies Crelier's OP2 release from ETH-Zuerich and
  21. is under development at ModulaWare GmbH since Jan-1991 (V0.9).
  22. In the past 6 (six) months, ModulaWare further developed H2O; the most
  23. important features of the current release are:
