- I just spoke to Technical Support at Multiscope
- Yes you do need the Windows SDK from Microsoft to do Windows programming.
- The required tools do not come with the compiler package.

- But you can get from Multiscope the Whitewater Resource Toolkit which
- is a MS-Windows high level toolkit and doesn't require the MSWin SDK
- to do Windows programming. That toolkit is available for $99 (guess i'll
- get one)

- Also, its true that Multiscope has been taken over by Symantic, but the
- takeover will be a positive change by giving more resources to
- Multiscope products.
