  15.  I understand that the Fortran 90 standard is not free. I was wondering 
  16. if there is a brief description of Fortran 90's features that I could get for 
  17. free. I would like to pass it out to students in an in-house Fortran class
  18. I teach. I just want to let them know what's coming. Thanks in advance.
