  14. I can purchase Turbo C++ for Windows through the university computer
  15. store for a rediculously low price.  My questions are this:
  16. 1-Is this a good compiler?
  17. 2-Does this package include the linker and debugger?
  18. 3-My SO wants to learn C.  Is it possible to use this compiler as a
  19.   standard ANSI C compiler?
