  10. A few months ago, a message was posted giving the net address for a
  11. "tex"-formatted copy of the book "Classic Data Structures in C++". 
  12. Does anyone know if the book is still available by ftp, and what 
  13. the net address of the site which has the "tex" files?? Thanks.
