  14. There are no plans for a C++ version of Numerical Recipes.

  16. A professor I know was talking to William Press, the first author of
  17. Numerical Recipes in C, yesterday.  He asked Press about the C++ version
  18. and the reply was that there are no plans for one.  But there are
  19. plans for a new version of Numerical Recipes in C for later this year.
  20. I am unsure what will be "new" about the new version.

  22. If you are looking for C++ numerical code take a look at the file
  23. c/free-c on research.att.com (login the ftp as netlib not anonymous).
  24. It it contains pointer to numerical C++ software some of it adapted 
  25. from Numerical Recipes.  With time, I am sure more code will be adapted.
