- This is probably a stupid question, but I've spent hours combing
- the man pages and the FAQ.

- How can I get a list of all of the symbols understood by the
- preprocessor. I'm referring to the sort of symbols one would
- use in an #ifdef statement to discern operating system or
- architecture, i.e., sun, mips, etc.
