  11. This is probably a stupid question, but I've spent hours combing
  12. the man pages and the FAQ.

  14. How can I get a list of all of the symbols understood by the
  15. preprocessor. I'm referring to the sort of symbols one would
  16. use in an #ifdef statement to discern operating system or
  17. architecture, i.e., sun, mips, etc.
