- There seem to be many products containing the word Ada in a trademarked product
- name. Yet I heard a complaint from someone in the Australian Computer Society
- that said that no vendor should attempt to trademark any product name
- containing the word Ada.
- 1. how many products have a trademarked name containing the word Ada?
- 2. what are the guidelines around trademarking product names containing the
- word Ada? What is ethical behaviour that the AJPO would not frown on?
-
- I had the impression that since Ada was no longer trademarked by the AJPO, that
- meant it could be used in trademarked names.
