  11. Hi, I have a data set that I'm using to test my volume renderer and I'd
  12. like to use to when other people demonstrate the program (i.e. sales people)
  13. The data set is quite common, but I don't know if it is truely public domain
  14. or not. It's the CT head often used by Marc Levoy. The CT scans have flares at
  15. the mouth from the X-rays reflecting off the fillings.  Here's more detail on the
  16. data set itself.

  19. Dimensions:     z-113  y-256  x-256
  20. Order:          z-y-x
  21. Format:         16-bit integers -- two consecutive bytes make up one binary 
  22.                 integer.

  24. Data source:    Data taken on the General Electric CT Scanner and provided
  25.                 courtesy of North Carolina Memorial Hospital.
