- DJ Delorie says that the problem is that Windows only uses DPMI level
- 0.9, which isn't powerful to support GO32. He says in the readme file
- to DJGPP (his free port of GNU CC/C++ to non-DPMI dos) that he's
- waiting for DPMI 1.0
