  18. DJ Delorie says that the problem is that Windows only uses DPMI level
  19. 0.9, which isn't powerful to support GO32. He says in the readme file
  20. to DJGPP (his free port of GNU CC/C++ to non-DPMI dos) that he's
  21. waiting for DPMI 1.0
