- I want to quote from an email message when responding to it (using GNU
- Emacs and Unix), so I include the current message in my reply buffer
- with ~f and edit it with emacs (~e). I want to add "> " to the
- beginning of every line in the quoted message but I can't figure out
- what emacs function does this.
-
- I found the fill-prefix variable and set-fill-prefix function, but no
- function to actually place the value in the variable at the beginning
- of every line in the current paragraph.
-
- Please email, will summarize if asked. Thanx in advance.
