- I just compiled the newest version of Emacs 18.58, and
- with this new version the Alt-Arrows, Ctrl-Arrows and the
- Arrows all map to the same key (eg Alt-Arrow-Down is C-n
- and so is Arrow-Down) I like to define Shift-Arrow as page
- up/down and Ctrl-Arrow as top/bottom while still haveing
- Arrow be line up/down. Does anyone know why this has
- happened?? The previous version that I had that works
- correctly is 18.57.5 but with that version if I make a
- keyboard macro and execute it a bunch of times I get
- an IOT Trap and a core dump.
-
- PS currently I am using a NCD xterm on the IBM (not the
- console)
-
- Thanks,
- Mike
