- I am trying to use GNU Emacs as a user interface to one of my programs.
- I have a copy of normal user manual that comes with GNU Emacs V 18,
- but I find it insufficient to start writing useful pieces of GNU Lisp
- code which could drive the entire interface. Is there an on-line or
- printed documentation which could explain all of the Lisp functions
- available in Emacs? Or am I doomed to decipher a few samples that come
- with Emacs itself?
-
- Another question: is it possible to interface C code with GNU Emacs?

- P.S. I am trying to avoid excessive hackwork here!
