  13. I use regularly the msdos version of Elvis 1.6, and it is
  14. excellent. 
  15.  
  16. Anyway, i have found 2 rather annoying bugs, and i don't know if
  17. they are only in the msdos version or in any version. 
  18.  
  19. (1) set wrapmargin doesn't work if there is a tab in the line.
  20.  
  21. (2) if you send a line that doesn't end in a newline character
  22. (that is, the last line of your file, without ending it with
  23. Enter) to a filter with the ! command (!}fmt) elVIs screws up and
  24. i have to reboot.

  26. The suggestion (just for MSDOS): let it find the elvis.rc file in
  27. the same directory where the program is. It's awkward to have to
  28. set a "set home=path" variable just for elvis, and many of us
  29. have very cluttered enveironments already.
