  32. It works in my xterm (in OpenWindows on a Sun) without these settings, 
  33. I don't have any xterm related settings at all in .Xdefaults, so there 
  34. is probably a simpler trick or some other problem on infko.uni-koblenz.de 
  35. should be dealt with. It might also be related with the xmodmap settings 
  36. and their system defaults.
  37. I agree with Michael Lemke: all this terminal/windows stuff on unix systems is 
  38. user-unfriendly ad nauseam, starting with terminal control from programs (see 
  39. the lots of problems with mined on different unix systems).
