  13. There is a pretty good article in the September QST (ham radio) magazine.

  15. This article describes a DSP filter using the TMS320C10.  There are two basic
  16. filters that are available (Notch/Denoiser and CW bandpass filter).

  18. These look like good starting points.  Source for these filters are on 
  19. Compuserve.  What I need now is an assembler for this that is cheap?
