  19. The 'He' above refers to a colleague without net access. He is building the
  20. HC16 development project 5-channel filter. His IIR filter seems to be 
  21. saturating, so I'm wondering if there is a mistake in the instructions.

  23. Just for interests sake, does the HC16 use the same fixed point arithmetic
  24. as in the 56K? I have some experience using the 56K, but none with the HC16.
