  15. I seem to have misplaced my notes on how to access the Telecom
  16. Archive.  I am interested in getting a copy of the stuff dealing with
  17. the IXO/TAP protocol.  I do not have direct Internet access, so an
  18. email interface would be required.  Could you please send me a copy of
  19. the directions on how to use the archive?  Thanks.
