  15. Also ... the May 1990 issue of {Consumer Reports} has the four major
  16. ways in which the interest is computed.  They list them according to
  17. their desirability.

  19. Armed with these one can make a good choice.  There is even a 7.9
  20. percent card out there ... the catch is that it has a $39.00 fee.
  21. That would be great for me as I carry a large balance.  I'll probably
  22. get that card and when the balance is paid off ... switch to a no fee
  23. card.
