  18. I also have had problems with USR support.  Nevertheless, the USR
  19. Sportster is a very good product.  I have had equally bad or even
  20. worse support from several other modem vendors, particularly Intel.
  21. The difference is that the Intel "Satisfaxtion" is flawed, whereas the
  22. Sportster is rock solid ( at least in my experience :).
