- I also have had problems with USR support. Nevertheless, the USR
- Sportster is a very good product. I have had equally bad or even
- worse support from several other modem vendors, particularly Intel.
- The difference is that the Intel "Satisfaxtion" is flawed, whereas the
- Sportster is rock solid ( at least in my experience :).
