- I am trying to get Crosstalk for Windows to transfer files to/from a
- Unix system at 9600 baud. My problem is that the University system's
- setup is for 7 data bits. I have been trying to use kermit, but it
- keeps screwing up -- as far as I can tell, bad packets are simply
- getting duplicated on downloads. My questions:
-
- 1. How can I get Crosstalk to deal properly with Kermit?
- 2. Can I get xmodem or zmodem to work with a 7 bit connection?
- 3. Do you have any other ideas for tranferring files?
