- If there is an FAQ list that answers these questions please let me know
- where it is. Also, is there is a document outlining modem standards, I would
- like to know how to get that.
-
- My question is this, I would like to be able to exchange data with several
- people who are scattered around the world. Mostly in developed countries,
- Western Europe, North America, Japan, Autralia, etc. What standards should
- I use for defining what kind of modem to buy in each country. I understand
- that in some countries you must buy the modem from the government. In some
- countries 2400 Baud in the maximum allowed.
-
- Any help I get would be appreciated.
-
- Thanks in advance
