  16. Actually, that's not been my experience at all, unless I'm reading you
  17. incorrectly.  I bought my first one from a distributor (or at least my 
  18. employer did) - the three RMA units replacing it came directly from 
  19. Supra.  They didn't say anything to me about original packing, either.
