- I knew when the idiots at Supra insisted that I send the packaging, I
- shouldn't have (I did get another power supply today). As for the bum luck,
- I don't think so.....once or twice, maybe, but once they get a third shot
- at it and still can't get it right.....I'd attribute that to poor
- workmanship (keep in mind that the second one wasn't even the right modem
- and didn't work anyways and they didn't return anything but the incorrect
- modem).

- Oh, yeah, I also DEFINATELY would not expect to sell any more of these over
- the Modem list as I plan to let them all know that you do not take returns
- and that, once they buy it, if Supra can't fix it, they're stuck....Supra
- won't take it back unless you buy it from them.
