  22. I knew when the idiots at Supra insisted that I send the packaging, I
  23. shouldn't have (I did get another power supply today).  As for the bum luck,
  24. I don't think so.....once or twice, maybe, but once they get a third shot
  25. at it and still can't get it right.....I'd attribute that to poor
  26. workmanship (keep in mind that the second one wasn't even the right modem
  27. and didn't work anyways and they didn't return anything but the incorrect
  28. modem).

  30. Oh, yeah, I also DEFINATELY would not expect to sell any more of these over
  31. the Modem list as I plan to let them all know that you do not take returns
  32. and that, once they buy it, if Supra can't fix it, they're stuck....Supra
  33. won't take it back unless you buy it from them.
