- to call USR tech support, things were much better than you portray. There is,
- of course, never an excuse for indifferent attitudes toward customers.

- At all levels of the company I've dealt with, even when they were swamped
- with Loyalty Pays, Telebit has never been less than pleasant to deal with.
- Their pricing isn't so different from USR's, their modems work well and
- Telebit Tech Support is second to none.
