- To answer your final question... maybe! :) I have seen lots of complaints
- about the Intel 400 and I am interested since I was at one point considering
- selling my old Satisfaxtion to get me a new one. Fortunately one of my friends
- in Asia is a beta tester for intel's new products and he has been extremely
- dissapointed with all the new Intel Satisfaxtions except the 100. They have
- shown continuous problems connecting at extreme high speeds with other modems,
- faxes, either with two of the same or different modems. I am not saying that
- they are bad products but they don't seem to be able to perform up to their
- spec line. I have heard that they are withdrawing them from the Asian market
- but I do not know if these rumors are true.
-
- But there seem to be a few happy people out there, and that's great, but for
- now I'll stick with my old RELIABLE Satisfaxtion and get a high speed modem
- elsewhere in till Intel get's it's act together to give consumers a workable
- product that does what it's supposed to... easily and without too much hassle.
-
- The above is just my opinion... Email me if you have your compliments/complaint
- s of Intel's line of new Satisfaxtions... :)
