  12. I'am looking for some information on commercially available Engineering Database Management (EDM) systems. An EDM system should enable sharing of information between product development, planning & control and manufacturing functions within company.
  13. In this way an EDM bridges the gap between "traditional" administrative database systems and the manufacturing discipline. 
  14. I'am looking for solutions in the broadest sense which combine two or more area's as described above. I'am very interested in references to available Tools, complete solutions and techniques to create an EDM independant of Operating environment or hardware.
