- You'll need to check that your PC emulator mimics a vt100 and look in the
- documentation for its equivalent of the vt100 keypad keys. When you work all
- this out set TERM_INGRES to vt100f. Otherwise set TERM_INGRES to vt100 and
- operate without function keys and use ESC to get to the menu line and enter the
- leading unique characters to select the menu choice.
