  26. You'll need to check that your PC emulator mimics a vt100 and look in the
  27. documentation for its equivalent of the vt100 keypad keys.  When you work all
  28. this out set TERM_INGRES to vt100f.  Otherwise set TERM_INGRES to vt100 and
  29. operate without function keys and use ESC to get to the menu line and enter the
  30. leading unique characters to select the menu choice.
