  11. Hello,
  12.     We are evaluating several machines for use in an Informix On-Line
  13. environment.  The environment is a University setting with a rather large
  14. database and OLTP requirments with most of the traffic coming in over a
  15. campus network.  The DG Avion 6240 platform is one of the ones under
  16. consideration.  Does anyone have any experience with Informix On-Line on
  17. this platform in an OLTP environment that they are willing to share?  Has
  18. the machine met your performance expectations? Are you pleased with DG's
  19. support (Hardware ___, Software ___)?  Any great features in the OS? Any
  20. major flaws in the OS?  Thanks for your help!
