- Can someone tell me how Progress (or Oracle) let you use a database
- on another machine (over a network of course). Do they have utilities
- (command line or interactive) that let you set up a query, and how
- do they connect to the database (over novell netware or TCP/IP).
- If you can give me a detailed description please do. I would specifically
- like to know about Progress and Oracle, and do not hesitate to
- get technical :-)
