- Hello,
- I am using Ingres (ver 6.3) on VAX-VMS (ver 5.5). I would like to
- increase the timeout period for Ingres query optimisation. I tried
- DEFINE ING_SET "set joinop notimeout", but query optimisation ran out of
- virtual memory. I need to know the current value of the timeout period to
- get a feel for what to change it to (documentation says timeout period is
- CPU time, but milliseconds, microseconds?). I can set it, but how do I
- get the current (default) value?
-
- Thanks,
- Barry
