  23. The only DD standard that I am aware of is IRDS, which is defined in several
  24. ANSI standards:  the Information Model, Command Language Interface 
  25. (X3.138-1988) and a Services Interface (X3.185-1992).  You might also check
  26. an article that appeared in Comm. of the ACM by Daniel Dolk & Robert Kirsch,
  27. "A Relational Info. Resource Dictionary System", Vol. 30 No. 1, Jan 87.
