- Help!
-
- I'm looking for a database management system to use to manage data for health
- and aging statistics. This is for a Sun Sparcstation 2. I'm familiar with
- Informix, Sybase, and Oracle, however, these DBMSs cost alot of money and may be
- overkill for what we need to start.
-
- 1) what are other research (medical and otherwise) areas using to manage data?
-
- 2) what are some decent inexpensive DBMS's for the Sun platform?
-
- I'd be glad to forward the responses I receive to those interested.
-
- Thanks in advance.
