  18. Several people have taken me up on my offer.  I'd like to make a
  19. public apology for posting my question without checking the FAQL
  20. first.  No, I'm not new to the net (I've been on it for about three
  21. years).  I just never dreamed that this question would be so
  22. frequently asked that it would merit a position in the FAQL.
  23. Obviously I was wrong (very wrong), and what's more, I broke one of
  24. the most important rules of netiquette.  It won't happen again.
