  14.    I am starting working on data compression project. I need some data
  15. compression sources for the investigation. Some one told me that the LHarc
  16. source is freely available and the author of LHarc, Haruyasu Yoshi, has
  17. explicitly granted the right to use his program for any purpose, personal or
  18. commercial. I wonder if you could tell me where I can get the source of the
  19. LHarc algorithm.
