- I've downloaded and compiled zip 1.9 ... and after some testings on
- both System V and BSD machines ... I find no problems whatever with
- zip 1.9 ... all text and executable files are compressed (deflated) ...
- The compression ratio with zip 1.9 is slightly higher than that with
- zip 1.0 ... And unzip 5.0 is fine as well ...

- valeria.cs.ucla.edu (in the /incoming/infozip directory) ... And you can
- also find the MSDOS version of zip 1.9 and unzip 5.0 in /pub/MSDOS_UPLOADS
